Well established local car dealership
• To ensure the smooth running of reception, coffee area and showroom
• To maintain service levels as set by management and manufacturer
Ensure a professional service is provided at all times
• General supervision of Reception Team
• General administrative duties as and when required
• Organisation of Reception rota to manage showroom cover
Any other ad hoc duties as deemed appropriate by management
• At least 2 years call handling experience
• Must have switchboard experience
• Possess a desire to exceed customer expectations and be able to demonstrate experience this area
